"Conrad's is the only owner operated local Harley-Davidson dealer in my area, Illinois and Heritage are owned by large corporations. My last bike purchase from Mike Veracka group left a bad taste in my mouth. I have since tried to persuade any of my friends from patronizing Heritage H-D. I found out that Joe Teeling was working at Conrad's along with Adam & Kyle. These three all worked at Heritage. I shopped Illinois and decided to give Conrad's a try. I'm happy I did. Joe & Kyle showed me some options, I thought about it and bought my 23 FLHTK, added a Screaming Eagle 131 engine kit as well. He is unlike any other sales consultant that I've met! I left not feeling pressured to buy a bike but confident in that my bike was the right fit for me. Although the dealership was busy, DT was there to answer any and all of my questions and to engage in wonderful conversation as we waited. I wish all sales people were as good as DT!!Adam in financing is also a rockstar! He explained everything that was available to me for my bike and made the process simple and easy. I train my sales people to drop the fake smiles and snake oil sales Jedi mind tricks and just be real! I live in Naperville and have other dealerships that are much closer, but Conrad's Harley Dealership is worth the drive because I am dealing with real people like Mike and Joe! Conrads is best in class because of their excellent customer service from Mike in sales to Joe the manager, to Ed in parts to Wiz and Doc in service they are the real deal and I highly recommend them if you are looking for your next Harley!!"
