    As a military service-related disabled Viet Nam Combat Veteran, it has been particularly difficult in getting my paid-for Harley warranty end date corrected by myself. Every Biker Brother understands when you need a Brothers help you do not always get it. Not here with Patrick & Daren Conrad. They have your back and went beyond expectations to make things right for me! Huh Rah

    We all run into those situations and bureaucratic people who only shrug their shoulders and pass the buck. I was caught up in a paid-for Harley Extended Warranty that someone put the wrong end date on. By 2 years wrong. Exhausting my way through calls for weeks, no one owned responsibility to correct the mistake! I returned to my dealer knowing had only this one round left. I explained my situation to my Harley Dealer owners Patrick & Darren and their right-hand Joe Teeling. I shared my exhausted attempts to get the Harley Warranty Provider to correct the error to no avail across the past weeks. Everyone acted like not my problem and provided zero help. Well Patrick grabbed the bull by the horns, decided to own my problem as his Veteran brother customers are important to him, and personally honored the extension at his expense no less. He said he does the right thing for “his” Veteran customers because it’s the right thing to do. He will cover it and resolve my dilemma!

    Tell me where else you’d find a business owner do that? So with my gracious thanks to Patrick, Darren & Joe, I had to let other Veterans know that this is the Harley Dealer you return your support to because they walked the talk in supporting us fellow Veterans!"
