"I live in a small town in Texas and have purchased several bikes online from H-D dealers around the country. Making a purchase from 1100 miles away can be tricky. Without question this was the best experience I have had with a purchase.I purchased my 09 Rocker C from DT. He got back with me soon after I made my inquiry online about the bike and followed up every time I had a question. I drove up from Texas to pick up the bike and DT even came in on his day off to meet me.The bike was exactly as described. Ellen, did an outstanding job putting the financing together including out of state tax. She always responded quickly when I had questions. At the last minuite I decided to add new grips and the parts and service department hustled to get them installed so I could get back on the road. There is something to be said for family owned businesses and the attention they give to their customers.
