Describe your life outside of Conrad's:
I am married to a wonderful wife (Tina).I have three boy's Brandon,Justin,and Dylan. Brandon Loves karate and playing Mario brothers.Justin also loves Karate and he enjoys coming to work at the Harley shop. Many times he can be found helping the girls out in the motorclothes department. He has been know to answer the phone from time to time. So don't hang up (lol). Dylan is the little one but is the most passionate about Harley-Davidson. He is always quick to point out a Harley-Davidson on the Road.
I am in the middle of restoring my first car I owned. I have a 1967 GTO. I have had it since I was 15. My Dad and I restored it when I was 15. Now I am working with my sons on restoring it again.
I enjoy spending a little time on the lake jet sking.
I enjoy spending time at the gym and working out with friends.
Tina and I enjoy going to concerts together. We like 80,s rockbands and heavy metal concerts.
I use to roadrace in the 883 sportster class back in the day.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I think its cool how Harley Davidson people are so passionate about their motorcycles. They dedicate themselves to the lifestyle Harley brings. Also meeting new people and working with great employees
How did you become interested in motorcycles?
My dad and Evil Knieval. My brother and I had all the cool Evil Knieval toys.
What bike do you ride?
It depends on my mood.
Describe your life outside of Conrad's:
My wife (Nancy) and my kids (Jake, Nicole) are my inspirations. I also enjoy Ice Hockey, Playing the Drums, and Going to Sporting Events.
Any additional information:
I road raced Harleys and Buells for 10 years all over the country.

I grew up around motorcycles. I had older brothers who always rode and worked on their bikes in the garage.

DAVID 'DOC' MARVO

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Lisle, IL. Went onto college for a couple of years, then joined the Army working as a light-wheel vehicle mechanic
How long have you worked at Conrad's?
Since April 2008 for Conrad's and for Harley-Davidson since 1989
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Working with our customers and staff to resolve concerns and problems, and returning to them a motorcycle that is fun to ride. I really enjoy working closer to home, and being able to spend more time with my family.
How did you become interested in motorcycles?
I always wanted a motorcycle as a kid, but my parents said they were "too dangerous." I bought my first Harley® motorcycle while in the service, a 1983 XLX Sportster®. I learned about how they 'ticked' when the tranny blew up on me. Having a love for motorcycles and repairing of engines, I decided to attend MMI in Orlando. I was a service technician for 15 years and spent the last 4 as service manager.
What bike do you ride?
I have a 1984 FXSB Low Rider® and a 2000 M2 Buell®
Describe your life outside of Conrad's:
I enjoy spending time at home with my family, doing home improvement projects, and serving in my church. My wife and I had the opportunity to serve together on a medical mission team in Honduras. What an eye opening experience as to how much we take for granted here in the US!

Where did you grow up?
I was born in Chicago and moved to Hinsdale when I was 4. I lived there until I went away to school in Tulsa, OK.
How long have you worked at Conrad's?
Since December 2007
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Its the nicest built and largest Harley-Davidson dealership in the Chicagoland area - need I say more?
How did you become interested in motorcycles?
I had friends that owned them and when I lived in Tulsa I had a little 450cc bike
What bike do you ride?
I own a Road King® that I have rode as far west as Vegas and as far east as Augusta, Maine. I have to say that I have really enjoyed riding the Rocker™ C this summer.
Describe your life outside of Conrad's:
I enjoy taking trips on the bike, mostly traveling to my place in Wisconsin. I also enjoy the rally in Tomahawk, WI every year.
